Best cinnamon rolls/buns in PDX

Well our grand plan to go into a diabetic coma and taste test as many cinnamon rolls as possible didn't quite go as planned. We checked out the rolls at Beaverton Bakery -- dry & uninteresting. Our second stop was Fleur de Lis -- ooey, gooey, deliciously sweet & just a tiny bit spicy -- perfect!! That was about all our taste buds could handle. I ended up buying a 4-pack of frozen rolls from Blue Gardenia, but have yet to bake them off.

Best cinnamon rolls/buns in PDX

My husband has been tasked with bringing in some yummy cinnamon rolls/buns to the office as a reward for the team. Any suggestions on where to pick some up? These are the recommendations we have so far: Helen Bernhard Bakery, Beaverton Bakery, Cinnabon (obvious choice), & Rose’s Deli. We're planning on sacrificing ourselves and going on some taste test missions this weekend. Thanks in advance!

In need of 2 mac & cheese recipes -- one kid-friendly and one for grown-ups.

Raves are just what I'd like. I'd love your recipe!

I'm throwing a party this weekend for some friends that just moved to town. Both kids (mostly 3-year-olds) and adults will be in attendance. Anyone have a tried & true kid-friendly macaroni and cheese recipe? I'd also like to serve a grown-up version of mac & cheese and was thinking about Ina Garten's Penne with Five Cheeses (Pecorino, fontina, Gorgonzola, ricotta & mozzarella). Anyone tried this before? Thanks in advance hounds!
