Will be in DC (dupont circle area) next weekend. I own a Cuban restaurant in NJ (NYC metro area) and always like to see what others in the industry are doing. Any recomendations on good cuban, latin, nuevo-latino or spanish places worth visiting?
I am also a big raw bar lover...recomendations on good oyster/clam bars ?

Final Thoughts--Eating Barcelona!
I agree !! Cerveceria Catlana is amazing!!! the solomillo skewers are delicious as well as the mini burger (for the non traditional tapa) I was in barcelona for 10 days and ate there 3 times. you may have to jockey for position to get a stool at the bar(s) but its worth it..
In case you want to do breakfast Tapac 24 (carles abellan's) place is great and inexpensive as well... there is another place i stumbled upon called euskal extea nex to the picasso museum you may want to check out as wel!!!
10 Nights in Barcelona Where do I "Chow" down?
HI Everyone!!! This is the first time I post a blog Ever!! But I know from reading a few of the previous post that I have come to the right Place! I'll be in Barcelona towards the end of May 2009 and I love food. It's my first time across the pond, let alone Barcelona. So if anyone can help and give me some guidance I would be most greatful. I'd lke to get the most out of my $ but would also like to go all out and have at least 2 high end experiences. I am willing to try anything twice, so even some exotic recomendations would be great!
Thanks, and i hope to have some comments after my trip....
