Blue Moon. Or any kind of red wine - had a glass called "The Show" in Aspen, it was a rather cheap cabernet, but it was really yummy.

Pierogies! Not hard to cook - just time consuming.

Very simple: popcorn, spaghetti, or pizza.
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
Citronelle, Nora, Brasserie Beck, Zatyina, 100 King - guess it really depends on my mood.
My most tattered cookbooks:
Don't really have one, I scour blogs and cooking websites, then combine what I think looks best to create my dishes.
