Birthday in Newport

Hi All!!

Thank you all so much for all of the wonderful suggestions. I have made reservations on Friday night at the Red Parrot. Seemed like it had everything for everyone, and it is very close to the Hotel. Now ONE more question. I CANNOT decide whether to go to Clarke Cooke house (Boom Boom Room) for dancing/drinks or Rhino Bar. Which is better!?! Boom Boom Room looks a little more classy.. but is it crazy expensive? I LOVE hip hop and pretty much any "top 40's" music. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.. we leave tomorrow!!! THANKS AGAIN!!

Birthday in Newport

Thanks everyone for all of the great recommendations and birthday wishes!!!

Birthday in Newport

I'm going to Newport from Feb 22nd to the 24th with my boyfriend and and friends to celebrate my 27th birthday. I have researched a couple of places, but I was wondering if anyone could give me some recommendations. My bday is on Fri the 22nd and I'm looking to go out to dinner, then go out for drinks/dancing. We are staying at the Wyndham Newport Onshore which is on Thames Street - seems to be right in the middle of everything. The Rhino Bar looks like it has dancing and seems like it has a fun vibe. Thanks for your help!
