Noma (in Copenhagen) for lunch. Ethereal. Surreal and amazing. First runner up: Alinea (Chicago). Ditto. George Cinq (Paris), Obelisk and Komi (DC) are also favorites, with some fantastic meals and memories.
My current drink of choice:
Wine. Red wine, white wine, sparkling wine. Whatever. Sancerre is a go to for white. Cab, Shiraz, Pinot -- depends on food, weather and mood. California, France, Italy, Spain, Argentina, Australia, etc., etc.
