Grilled Cheese at The Redwood
Amazing, on wheat or rye (I got the wheat), with cheddar or swiss (I got the cheddar), grilled onions, avocado and tomato. Grilled to perfection. I am really stunned by my experience there, and the fries were to-die-for. Great beers.

chicken shwarma in OC
Byblos should be closed its so bad, everything there is dry and seems like it was made over a week ago. The only thing I have had there that was good was the lentil soup. Try Zena's in Orange on Tustin, not sure if they have a chicken shwarma but everything there is amazing and fresh, especially the lentil soup and the fettoush salad. Out of this world amazing!
Good Pho in OC?
Help a sista out, I consistently go to Saigon Noodle House in Yorba Linda but I know there must be some really great places somewhere in OC.
Thanks my fellow hounds.
Taco Adobe in Old Town Orange!
It's a very small, cute place. I would go for either. For lunch i like to get burritos and for dinner I like to get mahi mahi fajitas or enchiladas. But it's atmosphere is not anything impressive. The food is so amazing though, I mean the fish is delicious.
Taco Adobe in Old Town Orange!
Amazing Mexican-Southwestern food, extremely cheap and fast. I went there today for the first time and had the best burrito of my entire life. Blackened mahi mahi burrito with chipotle white sauce, cabbage and cotija cheese. TO DIE FOR! At a mere fare of $7.00.
Huge variety of fish and shrimp dishes. The speacial today was blackened salmon enchiladas.
Located near the corner of Lemon and Chapman
Restaurants serving food from local farmers?
Square One, on Fountain Ave near Scientology center.
Breakfast and lunch only.
Dinner at Jitlada Thai Last Night...
The spicy sauce that comes on the side of the glass noodle dish is to die for! Also has wonderful thai iced tea, not too sweet. The papaya salad is so spicy but addicting.
A++++
Good Breakfast in OC?
Thats sad to hear, do you have any recommendations pinkshch for breakfast in OC?
Good Breakfast in OC?
Thank you all for your comments. Im going to try Plums and Bonjour Cafe very soon.
Which deli serves the best sweet and sour cabbage soup?
I agree about Katella Deli! Amazing. I like the extra tomato factor.
Also the zucchini muffins are to die for.
Good Breakfast in OC?
It's hard to find a breakfast place like Square One in Orange County. I love a good homemade breakfast. So far the best I've had in Orange County is at Felix's in Orange and Filling Station in Orange (best oatmeal and wonderful cornmeal pancakes, homemade chocolate croissants).
Besides these two places is there any other good breakfast in Orange County?
(No Chain restaurants, like Pancake House.)
Peruvian in Anaheim
Its wonderful, i usually order the mixed seafood ceviche.
Also the beer is great here. They serve Casquena, the dark is a bit sweet but remarkable and the pale ale is also delicious.
Peruvian in Anaheim
Inca Anaheim on Euclid, near Ball. Amazing food here. The fish dishes are terrific, the loma saltido is the most ordered item. I love the chicken sautéed with cabbage.
If you are in the area or just interested in good Peruvian food, GO HERE. Very Cheap.
Best Italian in New York
Celeste on Amsterdan Ave. in the upper west side is amazing. Authentic Italian food at a reasonable price. Get the homemade spinach and ricotta ravioli or the homemade egg noodles with cabbage, shrimp and sheep's cheese. To die for.
