For something casual and fun I would suggest Wurst in Healdsburg. Visited there last week on the recommendation of a chef friend, and it did not disappoint! We were met by the owner, who quickly explained how the menu works. Basically it's really good brats and sausages, cooked to perfection with your choice of topping like grilled onions, peppers, and a wide variety of mustards. We also got onion rings which were crispy and divine! The service here was excellent too, despite it being pretty crowded. Enjoy!

I know Tierra Vegetables has Nopales, but I'm not sure if they're organic. I would think they are because everything else is. They're on Airport Blvd.

I've been there three times and I just don't get it. It seems to be a hip, cool spot with a lot of young, urban people hanging out at the bar. But the service has always been poor for me and the food only marginal. Maybe I'm not ordering the right things... but I just don't get it. I love WillowWood. Their food and service was much better.
