I'm going to be visiting family in western Morris County for a several weeks. I grew up nearby but haven't spent much time there since the early 90's. What are your favorite smaller, hole in the wall type casual places. I'm looking for things like pho, sushi, thai, dim sum, mexican, cuban. Also, great brunch places and your favorite independent coffee shops. I'm not looking for italian. I know where to find this stuff in new york - and will be spending a lot of time there - but am wondering what gems I can find nearby. Thanks! |

Is anyone aware of restaurants in colorado - particularly in Denver/Boulder, that serve grass finished beef? I don't know if I've ever seen it explicitly stated on a menu. |

I like Pho Duy on South Federal. |

I'm glad I saw this thread. I used to work with Jenna, and she was one of the nicest chefs I've ever worked with. I had heard she was in the Vail Valley but I didn't know where. I'll definitely make plans to check out Dish the next time I'm up there! |

I agree with The Oven and Protos recommendations. The closest I've found to a NY slice is Famous Pizza around 1st and Broadway. It's a dive but I have to stop in every once in a while for a fix. |

I have such a love/hate relationship with this place. I LOVE the food and have had some incredible meals but have received such horrible service that I'm often embarassed to bring new people there. The last time I tried to go I was told they were closed about an hour before closing time, and I haven't been back since. |
