Graduation Party Menu Help

Okay....it is a high school graduation party. I tossed that menu out the window. I think we will fire up the grill and have hot dogs and brats. I will make a fruit salad and cut out monster cookies. So any suggestions would be helpful.

Here is my menu for my son's graduation party on the 16th. It is from 1-5pm.

Fresh fruit with a cream cheese dip
Hot cheesy corn dip with tortilla chips (son's request)
Potato Chips with french onion dip
Ham and Cheese Cubes on pretzel sticks

Angel Food Cake
Cholocate Cupcakes
Peanut Butter Cookies
Monster Cookies

I think that I have way too much cheese and maybe I need to add an item or two. I am really struggling with this.

I am having guest over for dinner next friday before my son's play. I will walk in the door from work at 4 and will need to have dinner on the table by 5:15. Chicken is my least favorite meat to cook for guest. I am in need of a no fail yummy chicken recipe. Thanks!!

gluten free lunch ideas

I have two teenage sons that eat gluten free and they take their lunch everyday to school. I cook up a large batch of chicken tenders once a month. I bread have of them with gluten free brown rice bread crumbs (grounded up in the food processor) and I grill the other half. They boys will eat them cold with BBQ sauce or chopped up on a salad. I also make up pasta salad the night before ham cubes, peas and cheese with a homemade ranch dressing. There are numerous gluten free blogs that have great ideas. You will feel better eating gluten free.

ISO: Peanut butter cup cookie recipe

I have made these for years...very simple. It is one roll of suger cookie dough (in the refrigerator section) and 1 pkg. of miniature reeses peanut butter cups. You will need a mini muffin tin. Cut and roll sugar cookie dough in a 1 in ball place in a non stick mini muffin tin. Cook for 8 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Remove and push 1 reese cup in the middle place back in oven for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and cool in pan for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
