healthy breakfast and dinner options

I'm going to be in Manhattan on business and I'm looking for some healthy breakfast and dinner options. I've already picked out some sushi/raw bar places for dinner, but I'm looking for a little variety. I'm pretty open to any type of food, but I don't generally do vegan, unless it comes highly recommended. I'm staying on the UWS and I work in Chelsea, so breakfast (to-go or quick) in one of those neighborhoods would be ideal. For dinner, I'm on my own most nights, so a place with some healthy options that is also good for solo dining would be awesome. Yes, I know I can eat healthy almost anywhere if I choose accordingly, but the more healthy options on the menu, the better chance that I will actually choose to eat them ;) I have a pretty generous expense account (and if it's good food, I pay a little extra of my own), so I'm open to suggestions in a variety of price ranges. Thanks!

Good Food for Group of 14?

I'm looking for something that would have entrees in the $20 or under range. It doesn't have to be a private room, just something where we could sit somewhat near each other.

Good Food for Group of 14?

I'm looking for a a nice place to go with 14 of my closest friends for my birthday in San Diego. I don't want to go to a chain and was hoping to find some place in Hillcrest or Northpark that could accommodate such a group. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Restaurant with Nice Bar for Solo Dining

Thanks for posting the link. Between the suggestions above and what is on your previous topic, it looks like I have a great list of options!

Restaurant with Nice Bar for Solo Dining

I'm a young woman (26), traveling alone to Manhattan for business. I love a nice meal with a glass of wine and I'm looking for some restaurants with excellent food and a chill bar where I can enjoy a nice dinner by myself. I'm open to all types of cuisines and hoping to keep it in the $50-70 range (including a glass of wine). I work in Chelsea and will probably be staying around Union Square or in Midtown, but I like Greenwich Village, SOHO, TriBeCa and the Upper West Side, and I'm willing to explore other neighborhoods. I've seen a couple posts on this board for midtown restaurants, but other suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!
