No, it seemed to resolve. It looked like it was "instant" but I guess it took a while to "materialize". Thanks for responding. Funny, my middle name is Lynn and I sometimes go by "Carolynne" professionally or in writing.

You seem to know about this board. Any ideas about this: I posted reply to the same person twice about an old restaurant we both went to in younger days, then asking him if there's a place he knows or likes today with similar tastes or anything he likes better. Neither ever showed up as a thread.

Now, I understand the "team" deletes some things, but my messages were no more personal than the one he wrote, to which I replied. And even if "they" delete from the message board, wouldn't they either tell me or at least leave it in "my chow", but it's not there?

Oh well, only if you easily know and it's not to much trouble to let me know.
