Your views on white non-stick pans
The one above has ceramic coating. Are any Teflon pans that are white?
Your views on white non-stick pans
Some of the cooking shows use the white colored non-stick pan (like a dutch oven)... the food just seems to look nice with the white contrast :)
But I'm not sure if this is good enough to last for a decent time (not years)
Those of you who tried them, what are your experiences?
Thanks!

Small fish grilled/fried..
Tried sardines at a Chinese place (New Town Super Buffet, Burbank) and they had such a strong flavor) .. how do you take care of that strong flavor? or is like.. 'if you don't like that flavor, then its not for you' :)
Small fish grilled/fried..
Saw this in some travel/cooking shows... small fish (sardine maybe).. marinated and grilled outside.. that gets my appetite going.. if you know what I mean :)
Now, I cant find that in local restaurants... so please suggest some places that make this kind of small fish recipe... preferable closer to Burbank/Glendale/Pasadena
Also, if you can point me to some good recipe ideas for the same..
Thanks muchos

A friend brought me 'Spicy Garlic Wings Sauce' from Ralph's and its just okay!
Looking for (1) Spicy, (2) Tasty (could be any flavor)

I agree! TJ's beats Costco and Whole Foods versions hand down.
My faves are Garlic and Spicy at TJ
Also, hummus at Janet's Mediterranean Cusine (in Duarte) is not bad at all!
