My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Jalepeno's stuffed with cream cheese and shrimp, wrapped in bacon and grilled. It's an appetizer. Either that or roasted red, green, and yellow peppers peeled of their skins and soaking in olive oil with tons of fresh garlic, basil, and oregano with french bread slices.
