Looking for a restaurant that sells the extra large baked potatoes that you can get loaded. There were a ton of places when I used to live in Alabama and I am looking for the same kind of thing. Any tips would be great.

Manuel's, Norman's or...?
I think it depends upon what you are looking for...if it is ambience with pretty good food and really good service then I would go with Manuels. I think the food is better at Norman's but we have had really bad service there which ruined the experience for us. Also something to consider depending upon where you work/stay is that the Ritz is pretty far out location wise unless you will be in the area. Luma or Ravenous Pig in Winter Park is really good too as another idea but maybe too casual for a business dinner.

My favorite though is the 1st Oriental Market on 5132 W Colonial Dr. They have freshly made asian pastries that are pretty good. (not as good as NY Chinatown but close)

Good wedding caterers (and venues?) in Orlando
I got married at Lake Nona Country Club. Food is awesome and we had the ceremony outside overlooking the lake with the reception inside. Very professional wait staff as well. Very reasonably priced considering the venue.

Emerils Tchoup chop vs Roys??
I would go with Roy's. The service is just better. We like the food too. The room is beautiful at Tchoup Chop but the service is just not good. They also try to up sell everything to the point of ridiculous. Tchoup Chop is a touristy place so are not as concerned about repeat business.
