Need recommendations for group dinner near the Hudson Hotel (10-14) hoping for private table or room.

I am looking for a restaurant to accommodate a group of 10-14, some foodies in the group-- so I wanted to get some advice from Chowhound. I am hoping for something in walking distance from the hotel, at a price of about $100 per person excluding tax and tip. Any restaurants with a private room, larger table, would be ideal.

Everyone is open to any type of food (excluding Italian), I am just looking for somewhere that executes a great dinner and wouldn't be too far of a stretch for fitting a party of that size.

The Hudson is about a half mile from the Plaza Hotel-- I believe Midtown West but I really don't know.

Madrid in two weeks, three 20 something females

I have been browsing the Madrid related posts for the last few weeks and think I should take my chances and post. I will be traveling to Madrid w/ two close girlfriends in a few weeks, we are all from Chicago and appreciate good food. We are also not looking to spend a ton of money on most of our meals--one splurge for sure, but the exchange rate is not in our favor.

Any recommendations for great food at reasonable prices in Madrid is appreciated. Particularly places w/ a lively atmosphere!

All Spanish or Small Plate restaurant/bar!!!

I am a huge fan of the current small plates trend, I also fall into the Avec fan but not Publican fan category.

I think your best bets are Purple Pig, Gilt Bar, Girl and the Goat, Maude's (second restaurant from the owners of Gilt Bar) and Cafe Iberico.

Bachelorette on a budget

I am a Chicago chowhound headed to Miami for one night w/ a crew of bachelorettes (cruise leaves Friday afternoon). We are budget minded, entrees between $15-$25 and were hoping to eat on the beach. Any recommendations of fun restaurants that will serve our purpose? We'd also like to have brunch Friday morning, something reasonable and tasty. Any additional activity recommendations that can fit in Thursday night/Friday afternoon are appreciated as well!

Good Eggs Benedict?

I know it sounds trite, but I'm also a huge eggs benedict fan and found that Walker Brothers comes through every time.
