My standard has always been a Kettle One Greyhound (fresh squeezed rubies of course!) with a splash of soda and a lime. Lately I've been adding a salted rim to my dog. Yum!

I always use either the Joy of Cooking, or the American Test Kitchen for tips on technique and cooking times, but I never follow a recipe. I just go for it using my imagination. I have dreamed up some amazing dishes, but have also had my fair share of disasters!
