My current drink of choice:
My drink of choice would be an excellent Haut Briand, which I can't afford, so any good rich red Burgundy makes me happy. I also am loving cranberry juice.
I really wish I could:
Eat whatever I wanted and not get fat.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
steamed asparagus with Julia Child's soft boiled egg vinaigrette and hard boiled egg grated down the centre.
My favorite comfort food:
french onion soup
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
Chez Michel in Paris. In Toronto we tend to eat cheap and cheerful so I wouldn't want to categorize them as favorites. In this category we go to Le Paradis, Marcello's and King's Noodles
My most tattered cookbooks:
Payard Desserts, Julia's The Way to Cook, New York Times,
