Fun birthday dinner for a teen?
Well we want to keep it somewhat affordable in case she decides to bring some friends (maybe under $25 per person). We won't be drinking so that is not an issue. As for food, I know she enjoys Mexican, Italian, Japanese and traditional American but I think she would try anything. I think fancy is a great idea but we want it to be fun, not stuffy so nothing pretentious. Thanks for your help!!!
Fun birthday dinner for a teen?
My best friend and I want to take her younger sister for a fun day in the city. Her birthday is in March and she will be 15. She likes to think of herself as a "fabulous" young lady and we want her to feel really special. She might bring a friend or two and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions about where to take her for dinner or has any fun ideas for her. Thanks!!!
Perhaps any interactive places or dinner theater type places... ? Or something just really fun!!!
Mexican or Greek - hidden finds?
I LOVE Mexican food as well as Greek food. My best friend will be visiting me this weekend and shares this love as well. Any suggestions as to where we can find any dives or hole in the wall type places? I'm kind of sick of the upscale scene and just want to relax and eat some seriously good food.
Thanks!
HELP! My parents are coming to town
My Mother and stepfather are coming to visit this weekend and want to "see the city". Its a last minute trip and I am not prepared. They don't like shopping and my stepdad won't do museums. As for food my mom will try anything but stepdad is a strictly meat and potatoes kind of guy. What can I do with them??? They also want to go out Sat night but I don't know where to bring them. I'm 24 and anywhere I usually go I don't think they will like. They like classic rock and drink beer and traditional cocktails... nothing fancy. Any suggestions? Somewhere with live music would be good. PLEASE HELP!!!
