Sierra Mar at Post Ranch Inn (Big Sur); Kanalen in Copenhagen; Lasserre in Paris; my dad's kitchen (he rocks some serious food)

club soda. boring, but true. champagne. apparently, i dig bubbles.

plan elaborate menus to feed people all the time.

winter spiced individual chocolate cakes with honey mousse for dessert
