I need help choosing a nice place to go for dinner, I am looking for something quaint with good wine :)

A group of friends and I celebrated a birthday there the weekend they opened. They were definitely over staffed which made us think we would probably have a great dinning experience... only to find our selves in an empty restaurant waiting 45 min. for a drink or having to go directly to the bar to ask for a drink.
We ordered a sharing platter of seafood, their menu states min. 2 ppl and its $21 per person, three of us decided to share this platter, we received 3 pcs of shrimp, 3 scallops and 2 pcs of tuna, although we are all aware this is considered "fine dining" and expected high prices, this was somewhat outrageous! When we asked the server they said the order was correct and that would be $63. What a joke.

THey called the next day to check on the customer service expecting rave reviews... once they heard our disappointment they promised to have a manager phone to apologize... we are still waiting.
I would not go there ever again, or recommend any one else to do so.
