The newer models of Foodsavers have a seal button that they claim will provide a crush free seal. I can get a V825 for a very good price but it doesn't have a seal button, only a cancel button. My question - will I be able to stop the vacumn process using an older machine and if not is crush free a feature that I would even use? Thanks much.
