Walt Disney World

also most of the allergy friendly desserts in the parks are parve ( I forget certification)

Walt Disney World

Regarding Disney: It depends on the chef cooking your food. I can no longer eat the meals provided by webermans since they aren't gluten free.

I was once told by a chef that there are other kosher gluten free meals on request, I have never been able to verify this.

Also if you have a kitchen, the whole foods on Sand lake carries meat and other kosher items

Walt Disney World

Just a note that Babycakes NYC inside the Pollo Campero is certified by Florida Kosher under Rabbi Dubov. They also gluten free and egg free.

Where has all the Ba-Tampte Deli Mustard gone?

My friends, husband, and I have been desperately looking for the Ba-Tampte Deli Mustard and are unable to find it.

We live in the Orlando, FL / Central Flordia area.

We've checked a number of Publix, Albertsons, and Winn-Dixie stores. While we're finding the pickles without any problem, we're unable to locate the mustard. We check the following sections:
- where the pickles are (always where we found it before)
- mustard section
- location where horseradish is (often the same as the pickles)
- deli counter areas
- Kosher sections

Orlando FL (DisneyWorld) Kosher food options

Kosher culinary is ok, more expensive. They also have a small grocery section.
Whole foods has the kosher valley turkey and chicken.
The publix down the street from the whole foods on sand lake should have offerings.
Target at Millenia mall has some kosher deli meats and cheese. ( forget the brand - not empire) For cheese you can go to winn dixie at 17/92 in fern park or the publix on 434 and montgomery in longwood.

New York for Shabbat

ORLANDO-DISNEY AREA FOOD

That certificate states that it expires in 2008.

ORLANDO-DISNEY AREA FOOD

I think long ago they may have been certified locally. I did some research on the current certification for Lower east side and couldn't find any as well.

If you are looking for somewhere to eat go to Cohen's or Kosher Culinary.

Kosher In Orlando

There are options for delivery and pick up in the Maitland area.
1] Justin from Cohens Deli delivers meat to the JCC in Maitland
( you need to order in advance)

2] You can order with Joel's in Tampa and they will pick up at Ohev Shalom

Disney Cruise Line

There were a few more varieties than the parks when I ate years ago. Weberman's website offers tons of selections, you may want to ask if they can order those.

kosher, pareve and nut free

for cookies, you can use Enjoylife or dr. lucy's boxed. I like lucy's better. Not sure on cake.

Manhattan, NY - I need a vegetarian AND kosher place to take an important business client

Is the supervision issue the fact that the food they use isn't kosher?

If someone could contact me @cherylp3 on twitter - I just want to understand.

orlando kosher shabbos food

Cohen's Deli might Deliver. Also unsure if Kosher culinary will deliver.
If neither of these work out, you could take a Taxi to the South JCC, Cohen's has a cafe there. Alternatively, you could use a grocery service ( garden grocer or we go shop ) to get food for you if you have a microwave.

Rumor - Restaurant at Maitland Chabad

I Haven't verified yet. One of my friends told me that the Maitland Chabad has a restaurant.

Kosher Meals in Disney World

Although I haven't spoken to him lately, I know that Justin from Cohen's deli was trying to apply to be a supplier for disney. According to what I've heard, it takes about 2 years for this process. Another suggestion I have is to write disney with your thoughts.

Enjoyed Glatt Delight in Philly

yes it is.

Enjoyed Glatt Delight in Philly

I was in Philly this weekend for the Holiday and tried to go to a few places ( unfortunately they were closed) I did manage to go to and find Glatt Delight. They were very reasonably priced and I and my friend (who doesn't keep kosher) enjoyed the food.

Passover Cake Roundup

I bought tortes from a nearby market in Ormond Beach. The cakes were made by Bagel bites and were gluten free and pareve.

looking for Frozen gefilte fish for Passover in Orlando area

ORLANDO-DISNEY AREA FOOD

The whole foods on Sand Lake also has the Kosher Valley Chicken and sometimes Turkey

Orlando Kosher Groceries

The whole foods on Sand Lake carries the Kosher Valley Turkey and Chicken

Regarding grocery and Meals: I'd agree with Publix. Not sure which one would be best, Sand lake is close to the Chabad. Kosher culinary also has a small grocery section.

Regarding restaurants: Ole has closed. Cohen's is now open in Clermont and is certified by Chabad. I'd recommend calling ahead because they can get busy.

Ole Gourmet in Florida
