I'm not exactly sure if these places will work for you, but you could look at a place called Vespa. It is Italian and the main courses are around 30 dollars. I think your mom could find some options there as well. It has a beautiful outdoor garden that is very enchanting as well as a great interior.

My sister's little girl is turning fifteen this year and my sister wants some suggestions on where they should go for a Girls Lunch. There would be 5-10 people coming and we don't want it to be TOO expensive, because we have a budget. We want it to be girly and fun with lots of menu choices for picky eaters, but we also want it to be classic/classy. What do you suggest?

I am looking for a really traditional japanese restrant that serves a lot of the real japanese customs in Manhattan. I can't stress enought how really real japanize I want this place to be. Tatami rooms or private party rooms would also be nice (PLEASE) I also don't want the prices that high because I am feeding 11 people. Do any of you know a place like that?
