Went to Nisi, the food was good, but there was NO prix-fix menu on Sunday. Lunch was way more then double the 30 bucks.

Staten Island would probably work. Brooklyn near the Verazzano. Or New Jersey near the Outerbridge or Goethals bridge crossings.
