Ellis Island Casino is behind Ballys at Flamingo. It's not behind the Venetian. The Venetian is north of Ellis Island Casino.
Best Breakfast Sandwich/Burrito or Lunch Sandwhich/Salad Delivery near the Strip?
For sandwiches, Capriottis is on West Flamingo just west of Decatur. It's about a five minute drive from where you're staying. I don't know if they deliver. The Maryland Parkway location of Jason's Deli can deliver to you. Their other locations are too far away.

Wicked Spoon Buffet Yea or Nea?
I've been to the Wynn buffet four times over the last eighteen months. The buffet no longer serves Alaskan King Crab legs but snow crab legs. They've cut back on the number of dishes served. They've also cheapened a lot of other dishes. It's still a good buffet but not nearly as good as it once was. I can't comment in the Spice Market buffet since it has been over ten years since I've been there. As of now I'd go to Bellagio, Aria or the Wicked Spoon before the Wynn.

Try Slidin Thru at http://slidinthru.com/?full They have a caprace slider with Mozzarella and grilled eggplant for vegetarians. They are also pretty creative in making others items. They should be able to come up with some other vegitarian items.

While Wynn's buffet is better then most, it is not as good as it use to be. As of now, I'd put the Wicked Spoon ahead of the Wynn.

N9ne would fit on the higher end. You cannot get out of N9ne for $50 per person. In fact, I don't know of any steakhouse on the Strip for less then $75 to $100 per person. You may want to checkout Canal Street at the Orleans or The Flame at the El Cortez. The Orleans is just west of the Strip on West Tropicana. The El Cortez is downtown. You can checkout the menus for N9ne, Canal Street and The Flame on their respective hotel websites.

How much are you looking to spend per person? What type of food? Will you have access to car(s)? What hotel will you be staying at? Also, be prepared to pay a lot of money for a private dining room on the Strip.

FYI, Primm is about thirty five miles from the south end of the Strip. It's going to cost you over $100, before the tip, to take a cab each way. Once you leave town, there are no restaurants for about thirty miles until you hit Primm. The hotels at Primm are not known for their food.

FYI, Luv It Custard is not an ice cream parlor. It is a walk up stand without any seating.

You may want to reconsider Bouchon for lunch. Bouchon does not serve lunch. It's open for breakfast from 7:00 am to 10:30 am and dinner from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The oyster bar is open from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Largest and/or Best Pizza in Las Vegas (Preferably both!)
Napoli Pizza has a thirty inch pizza that is mediocre at best. You may want to look into Metro Pizza, Broadway or Roco's Italian Deli (not to be confused with Rocco's New York Pizzeria.)

I am assuming the original poster is not familiar with Las Vegas. The poster may have see that Texas de Brazil has a Las Vegas Blvd. and not realize that it's south of the Strip.

The original location of Chicago Brewing Company is down the road from the Suncoast and is just north of Sahara on the west side of the road.

On this same date there were six trucks at Reno and Fort Apache. It was a pulled pork throw down. They were expecting three hundred people. They exceeded this total in the first hour and a half.
