I was at Fit for Life a couple of weeks ago and had a pretty bad allergic reaction. Does any one know what is in the California Grill beside grilled eggplant and zucchini?
I'm going to see an allergist so it would help if I knew all the ingredients. I e-mailed the company but they didn't reply.

I want to check out Whole foods too. The healthy Butcher sounds good, I will see what it is like too.

I have been going to Four Seasons on Dundas West, east of Keele street. Their quality is good but a small selection.
I thought there was an organic butcher near Annette and Runneymede but wasn't sure. Is their quality good?
I can't wait for The Organic Beet to open. Perfect location for me. They were at the Junction Arts Festival and I was pretty impressed.
