Tough! Probably in San Jose, Costa Rica--Thomy's Paprika--Chef from Switzerland in his house cooking whatever he felt...At least 10 courses--w/ 1/2 bottle of wine(i was alone)--under $40!!

My current drink of choice:

Pliny the Elder DIPA, French Red Wine

I really wish I could:

Open a restaurant/Jazz club that would blend the disciplines of each art
