The reality is that I find Rockland a vast waste land of eateries. We have eaten at most of them all and would rather go to NNJ or our new favorite is X2O in Yonkers... I know BullyBoys has the same food.. we just like X2o better for atmosphere. I don't mind traveling for good food...... |

We went to an outstanding restaurant in Tel Aviv Mizlala. Read a small mention here and decided to try. Mizlala was wonderful. Everything we had was great we had the mussels, tartar and the chicken livers were divine.. Sit at the bar and maybe the bartender will buy you a shot just because he wants a shot. This was the best food in Tel Aviv |

In LA for wedding for labor day weekend Thanks everyone for the recommendations. We did make it to Ca Del Sole, we found the staff very accommodating but the food left something to be desired. We did find a really good place called Carnival, it was really good fooD and the owner chef was very accommodating... The cost of the food was too bad either. I'm sure most of you foodies know of this place for those that don't try it..... You won't Regret it.... ----- Ca Del Sole |

Last time we ate at Elias' Corner the fish was overcooked. The waiters were rude and just threw the food at you. Most of all the wait was unbearable.... NEVER AGAIN.... Not worth my time.. Go north a little further to Ditmars to Trattoria L'incontro .... You can get whole fish and everything is fresh and delicious.... |

Reporting on 10 fabulous days of eating in Paris! Great report and very timely.. Since tonight is our last night in Paris... Thanks we are going to try one of your recommendations. We had dinner last night at the Hidden Kitchen... it was a wonderful experience and would recommend to everyone.... not classic French but Brandon and Laura use the freshest produce available for each meal…. We had a wonderful time … |

Long term storage in a wine refrigerator I started of with a 30 bottle cellar several years ago and now have well over 6000 bottles. I like to know that my investment of fine wines are being kept in the best conditions possible. I would suggest that you sit down with your interior designer and find a closet or an area in the garage that you can convert into a cellar. If you rack it properly an 8 x 8 area can store 1200 to 1500 bottles. All the suggestions made earlier are great, a recording thermometer and/or constant monitoring are needed. You need to get a wine room a/c unit to cool the room properly. Of course don't forget the humidity. If you look around the internet you can find site that will help you with the layout and design. |

Recently I tried Lombardi's Pizza at Spring St & Mott St. I had heard so many praises about this place. The pizza sause and cheese tasted very good, but the crust was soggy and chewy and ruined the whole experience. What did I miss. |
