Best meal I ever ate:

Grilled fish and prawn in Bali, cod fish in Nice, France. Kobe beef in Kyoto, Japan, Blood sausage, live octopus and sea urchin in Korea, free breakfast at a hotel in Austria

My current drink of choice:

Kwak- Belgian beer. I think every supermarket should carry this.

I really wish I could:

have a big kitchen with a huge island

Tagine and baked ziti. Both are easy to make and everyone loves them.

Korean fried chicken, sweet potato fries, good french fries with Japanese mayo, fried calamari, good baguette and butter
