Do you know where I can find spicy tuna over crispy rice?

I love spicy tuna over crispy rice which they have in sushi restaurants in LA and NY, such as Koi. Do you know where I can find that here in the DC area? I believe they have it at RA sushi in Baltimore but I prefer somewhere more local in DC.

Dining and dancing venue needed for Thursday night

I heard that Foxtail is no longer serving food which is where we were planning on going on Thursday for a birthday party with some out of town guests. Any suggestions on where to have dinner for 8 people and then staying for dancing/drinks?
