I am going to Monterey for Spring Break with my boyfriend, over the St Patrick's Day holiday, and am looking for a Bar/Pub where we can get some tourist free action - have a good time, but still chill enough to hold a converstion. Any ideas?
Fatty Crab's Fatty Duck?
Has anyone had the Fatty Duck from Fatty Crab's in Manhattan? I am cooking duck for the first time and would like to go in the same direction as this delicious duck dish. It was very fatty, tasty and had a sorta spicy/tangy sauce with it. I am also open to anyone's tips about cooking duck. Thanks!

Any ideas how Fatty Crab makes their Fatty Duck so delicious? I want to try and cook a duck, for the first time, and cook/season in the direction that they use. Any ideas or tips?
