Best breakfast in L.A.

Maybe I missed it, but I don't think anyone mentioned Hugo's. Two locations (west hollywood and no. hollywood). Great food.

Dutch Pancake House

Oh my. I grew up on those. I know exactly what you speak of (those who have not had DUTCH pancakes do not know what they are missing) and have been searching for them with no luck. If you do find them please let me know.

Elegant Lobster "Bib"???

I am desperately looking for an elegant lobster bib. Something that is not plastic and can be worn at a small but upscale dinner for about 10 people. I am open to any suggestions. Thanks!

Help, Early Breakfast Pickup for Tomorrow

I have to be at a 6 am call and I was designated to bring breakfast munchies, bagels, muffins etc. Does anyone know where I can get something at 5:30 am in or near Hollywood? I would so appreciate it.

How long will I wait at Doughboys?

Does anyone know when their new location on Highland is opening? They keep pushing it off.

Valentines Day Recommendations

Il Cielo in Beverly hills is known to be very romantic and they only take reservations for 2, so it has a nice quiet atmosphere.

fun restaurant for a bachelorette party

How many people are there? The bungalow club in West Hollywood can be really fun, decent food, high energy but not too expensive if every one is paying for themselves. They also have private cabanas.

Which restaurants in LA allow reservations for a specific table?

As a former restaurant manager, I can say that a place that strives for good service will always do their best to accommodate requests, however never promise. If a promise is made and for some reason cannot be granted isn't that worse? Quite often if you speak with a manager (as BenJamin mentioned) they will always do their best, a host just may not care, unfortunately.

Mozza - another take

Interesting continued feedback. I drive by there every day and it is very tempting on my way home. Do they really deliver? I called on Friday and they told me that they do not, and I live within a mile. I think this might be one of those places that appeals to people differently so I will just have to try myself.

Pizza Buona vs. Pizza Paul

I was so excited to see Pizza Paul on here. I have been a long time fan and think it is one of the best pizza places in LA. Every time I order Paul remembers me distinctly. The pizza is consistantly great!
