I am interested in getting my husband a nice vinegar cask (French oak, maybe?) and the kit to make homemade wine vinegar. Can anyone suggest a reputable site to shop for this?

Check out the steak at Epic Roasthouse. We ate there 2 weeks ago and it was outstanding. It was cooked just like a steakhouse would cook it...charred on the outside and juicy/pink on the inside. Delicious!
CABO SAN LUCAS RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATIONS FOR A FOODIE FAMILY OF 7 (WITH KIDS)
We are taking a week-long trip to Cabo and staying at a local resort there. We would love to hear any recent updates on good restaurants for a family of 5 adults, 1 child and one toddler to go to. We don't want real fine dining (i.e. Palmilla) but probably won't have dinners at taquerias...we'll save those for lunch. We loved Damiana's in the day so we'd love to find something like that as a replacement. Also, is Deckman's or Flora's Field Kitchen a good fit for a group with small kids?

Wow! You can just keep going! Do you layer on ganache and then let it set and then layer something else? I suppose you have to keep these cool so that the layers don't melt together, right?

Does anyone out there know of a good Greek market where I could buy dried wild Greek oregano? I've tried Draeger's and Penzey's Spices in Menlo Park and Sigona's already. Haven't tried Whole Foods yet. Any other suggestions?
