Does anyone know anything about a culinary travel company named "cooking-vacations.com" based in Boston, MA, USA? The site and testimonials sound wonderful but I would like to know what real foodies think. My mom and I are experienced home and retired professionals. We are planning a culinary trip to Italy and really want to learn something on during our stay. I look forward to any opinions that anyone can offer.
