Texas visitor 2 days in Manhattan

Wow, thanks so much Kathryn.

Great info. I apologize for not being more thorough in my original post. The meetings are a block off of Times Square. The $20 limit was without drinks. It's a business trip, and I'll likely be with higher-ups during the dinners, so I want to be on my best behavior.

You guys rock. I'm looking very forward to my trip. Thanks again.

Texas visitor 2 days in Manhattan

Hello Everyone,

I'll be in Manhattan on business Tuesday and Wednesday. I'm looking for "must eat" locals grub I can only get in the city. Transportation will be limited, as most of my days will be spent in the board room, and I'll be cabbing from my hotel on Times Square.

I'm looking for Italian and can't miss street fare with a ticket price of no more than $20 a meal per person.

What do you recommend?

Thanks so much.

Requests for Recommendations at Asia Cafe (183/Spicewood)

Completely strung out on the place. Crispy Duck, Beef Wide Rice Noodle are the most recent fascinations.

What are your favorites/recommendations?

Also, has anyone been to the noodle house next to the Machado jiu-jitsu place down the way?

Thanks much in advance.

Asia Cafe off Spicewood Springs

Just recently went . . . amazing crispy duck and beef rice noodle soup.

Any recommendations for my next trip?

Thanks much.
