WHITE RIVER/HANOVER
Check Yama just over the bridge into W. Leb, with a range of vegetarian options--the soft tofu chigae is high on the comfort level.
Taste of Africa has a well-attended stand at the Norwich Farmer's Market on Saturdays and I'm sure they are still running their catering operation.
Most of the joints around here have at least one vegetarian option, though not always enough to make an enjoyably varied meal.
Any reviews of the new restaurants in Worcester?
I hope you are remembering that Green Bamboo has closed--even though I'm not likely to be back in Worcester any time soon, the closing of Bamboo Hut would make me terribly sad.
Go on a weekend with your own bottle of wine, order as many of the daily specials as you can, and chat with the owners and their kids.
Worcester, MA
Very tasty and you can bring over booze from the packy across the street.
One of the best total tavern packages would be O'Connor's on the West Boylston border. Many beer varieties and a better-than-average menu (the fried calamari Rhode island style are worth a taste if you like peppers, vinegar, and fried squid).
Worcester Area, Korean food?
It's tucked away in what might not be the most appealing little mini-mall between a Korean market and a laundromat, but New York Korean Restaurant had an entertaining menu (a lot of noodle dishes that don't always seem to appear in your average restaurant) and tasty food. No atmosphere to speak of and the lights were too bright when we were there a year or so ago, but it was byob, which makes up for a lot.
First google hit ("new york korean worcester"):

Fortum and Mason teas - where to buy in Manchester or Lebanon NH areas?
Board & Basket (http://www.boardandbasket.com/index.htm) in West Lebanon carries cans of bulk tea that could be Fortnum & Mason, but I can't remember for sure.
mexican and a decent coffee shop in worcester?
For Mexican food, check Tacos Parilla Mexicana at 138 Millbury St.--if it's the place I am remembering, it was a pretty good hole in the wall.
Java Hut's the only coffee joint I've hung out at in Worcester. A little grungy, but there's free wireless and the coffee is pretty good.
Killer breakfast near Canaan NH?
I've only seen ads in the paper for Mickey's and haven't heard anything about it positive or negative. The Fort is part of a truck stop and will almost certainly be open when you need it (and if you really want the grease, they serve French Toast made with crullers).
McNeil's Kölsch availability?
The alt was available as of yesterday at Norwich Wine & Spirits, though I don't know how long it had been there. (It was delicious.)
Killer breakfast near Canaan NH?
The Riverside Grill is right near your exit from 89 (first left, I think), but I don't know if they serve breakfast. [Riverside Grill Restaurant,(603) 448-2571, Riverside Dr, Lebanon, NH 03766]
If you are willing to go one exit too far, The Fort is very close to the next exit. [The Fort, (603) 448-5512, 151 Heater Rd, Lebanon, NH 03766]
Both joints should be able to give you what you need. Good luck with the fishes.
