Best meal I ever ate:
A six course meal at Babbo when I thought I was a vegetarian. Amazing.
My current drink of choice:
Gentleman Jack on the rocks
I really wish I could:
realize my dream of being a competitive eater... without any remorse (moral or bodily) post-trophy.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Dessert. Always dessert. Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies, Cinnamon Chipotle Sombrero Cake, Coffee Ice Box Pie, Espresso-Laden Brownies. Things with chemistry and timers and an unflinching limit on creative chaos.
My favorite comfort food:
Pecan pie, or, really, pie of any kind. Save humble pie. None of that.
