I just wanted to lighten up the taste abit. I live in the L.A. area and I can get Manufacturers cream at either Smart & Final, or Restaurant Depot. Do you have access to these or Susco? |

I am making a dessert with basmati, port wine cherries and I wanted to serve it with a lightened up marscapone. Can I fold manufacturers cream and whipped marscapone together, with a little sugar, ? do I whip them separately or can I just mix them together and then whip....equal parts? |

Las Fuentes - Carne Asada, Al Pastor or Carnitas My favorite thing to get at Las Fuentes is not on the menu....Its called Carne a laTampaquena, which is a nice portion of carne asada with grilled pasillas and onions and corn, as well as a Mole Enchilada, and of course rice and beans. It costs around $10.00. |
