Adding flavor to turkey gravy

Best meal I ever ate:
Takoyaki - ball of dough filled with beef, topped with a BBQ-like sauce and covered with fish flakes. Bought from a street vendor in Osaka, Japan. Haven't found it in my own country.
My current drink of choice:
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Cheesy spinach squares (Cheese, spinach & spices on top of puff pastry).
My favorite comfort food:
Cheesy lemon curried chicken and rice.
My most tattered cookbooks:
Holden Village Celebration of Cooking (1988) - Has recipe for Aggkaka (a Swedish type of popover made in a 9x9 pan - like a Pannekoeken).
