How about most memorable dish: Cafe Annie sometime in the mid 90's. For my app had lobster bisque with caviar croutons. The waiter presented a bowl with lobster tail medallions and croutons topped with dollops of caviar. He then poured the bisque into the bowl around the medallions, careful not to disturb the caviar. It was the first time (that I can remember) that I had soup served like that.
