Best meal I ever ate:
Sushi, chawanmushi, okonomiyaki, and assorted homegrown veg at my grandfather's house in Japan. My second favorite meal was a smoked salmon pasta with salmon roe at a tiny cafe in Paris.
My current drink of choice:
Decaf coffee with flax milk - so wrong, I know.
I really wish I could:
Consume gluten, dairy, eggs, caffeine, and sugar.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's baked chicken curry.
My favorite comfort food:
Really good charcuterie.

For food sensitivities: M Cafe de Chaya, Clementine, and Rocio's Moles de los Dioses (just ask). In the old days, I loved Lucques, AOC, Din Tai Fung, Berthillon (ice cream), and Pizzeria Mozza.
