Which Momofuku restaurant ?

I read on their site that they ship things in from their production bakery in Brooklyn - it's a shame that there's a loss in quality.

That sounds like a good idea. It's just me visiting, so sitting at Shoto isn't a problem - and then I can double down at Noodle Bar. ;)

I've got a sweet tooth, so I was planning on going to Milk Bar -- how do you like their sweets?

Which Momofuku restaurant ?

I'm willing to spend money if it's worth it. Shoto seems like it would be wonderful, but if it doesn't live up to the hype, I'd be disappointed to lay out that kind of cash. I'm coming from the Rochester, NY area, so a big part of the draw for me is experiencing cooking on a level that is difficult/impossible to find around here. Thanks for your help!

I'm visiting Toronto in a couple of weeks and want to eat at one of the Momofuku restaurants. if you had to choose only one, which would you choose, and why?

Anniversary Dinner in Montreal

My husband and I will be in Montreal the second weekend of October for our 11th anniversary, and I'd like to book a reservation at a nice restaurant to celebrate. We'd like to have a truly delicious meal.

I don't want to spend more than $200 for the two of us (excluding alcohol) but that doesn't necessarily mean I'm looking for 'fancy' restaurant. What I'd like is a celebratory evening with exquisite food - whether that means heading to a place dressed to the nines or dressed in jeans doesn't really matter.

On our last visit we really enjoyed EVOO.

Thanks for your help!
