Cuban Rotisserie Pork Loin with Peppers and Onions

This is my first review of any recipe, and I cook quite a bit. You simply must try this - fantastic. I did mine over a charcoal fire and had the veggies in the drip pan - worked out just fine. I used baby bell peppers: red, yellow and orange, which made for a nice presentation.
