Best Desserts, especially chocolates

In the Reading Terminal Market there is a Termini's location that in my opinion has the best cannolis.
They fill them to order, they also make a chocolate macadamia nut disc that's to die for.

Brunch near Longwood Gardens?

I'm going to Longwood Garden's the Sunday before Christmas and would love to find a great place for brunch. Any suggestions??

Philly during the fourth

You absolutely have to have gelato at Capogiro. It's the next best thing to having it in Italy. Ask the concierge about how to get there, I believe there are now two locations in Center City.

Baie Long Beach, St. Martin, 2nd half of February

Hey, my husband and I will be in St. Martin in the middle of February too!
We have been to St. Martin one other time 3 years ago.
Here is what we can recommend.

-Breakfast,in Marigot there is an amazing little place that serves baskets of French pastries and great coffee. Zee Best is the name of the cafe.

-Also at the Marigot marina is a place for wonderful pizza, just as good as we remember in Italy! Unfortunately we don't remember the name of the restaurant , but just ask any shop in the marina where they make brick oven pizza and I'm sure the will know. The Marina is a great place to people watch as well as drool over the boats!

And one last restaurant recommendation, again at the marina in Marigot.
Chanticler. This is one of the fancier restuarants around but well worth the splurge.

Have a great time!

BVI's on a boat

My husband and I stayed in Tortola several years ago and upon our host's recommendation we tried a place in Road Town called the Roti Palace.

It was by far the most delicious and original local food we had while we were there.
We both had lobster roti's.
The place is run essentially by a local lady and you sit in a small room and watch her make them in the kitchen which is part of the dining room, you feel as if you're eating at someone's grandmother's!

Great Dining Near the Kimmel Center

I'm taking my parents to see the Holiday Pops next weekend and I'd love any recommendations that are within walking distance from the Kimmel Center.

Jamaican Food

I have been searching for a good Jamaican Restaurant in the Philadelphia area.
Especially one that serves beef and chicken patties.

Does anyone have a recommendation?
