I made this recipe today to go with the green bean & potatoes I cooked for dinner. Since what I had cooked was on salted side, I need something to balance the flavor out. So I used this recipe, and instead of a scant of a tsp., I added 1 tablespoon of sugar, and I added a little more milk to make it more pourable. It tasted great. The kids loved it, and so did I. I will add this to my staple for homemade cornbread. This was very tasty.
