I used this recipe for the technique, not the rub as I already have a favorite rub. This is the first recipe I've found that asks me to only cook the pork to 145, and it's EXACTLY what I've been looking for!* These were, hands down, the BEST country style pork ribs I've ever grilled. My husband and kids agree!
*If you're afraid, or skeptical of the 145 internal temp, don't be! Pork does not have the same problems it used to, and this is the new USDA guideline (although, I will guarantee chefs have been doing it for years!).
