Rome Saturday through Tuesday. Dinner plans

So, we only have 4 nights in Rome we are staying at Hotel Eden.. After scouring the boards and a few foodie blogs Eat Rome and Katie Parla, I have 5 restaurants that I'd like to try (although open to suggestions comments)
Trying to eat typical regional food, I know some of these restaurants are more creative and less traditional but again open for suggestions. Right now this is how we stand.
Saturday- Roscioli or Danilo
Sunday- Cesare al Casaletto
Monday- L'arcangelo or Saturday nights loser
Tuesday- Flavio al Valavevodetto

Thoughts? Need help choosing!

Florence in September on Wednesday, Thursday Friday

So I will be in Florence for three days in September as part of my honeymoon trip. We are staying at the Westin Excelsior. Our focus is on not having a bad meal as well as eating local cuisine in each city we are in.. After reading blogs and scouring boards I've got a few ideas but still need suggestions!

Wednesday :
Lunch- If we can make it to Mercato Centrale before we get too hungry Nerbone.

Dinner- Sostanza

Thursday:
Lunch- thinking about grabbing a bus down to Panzano and hitting some vineyards and maybe Macdario's. thoughts?

Dinner- not sure on this one.. Pentola dell'oro, Al Tranvai, 4 leone.. Open to suggestions

Friday:
Lunch- maybe procacci for little sandwiches? Or 'Ino?

Dinner- Il Santo Bevitore

Also, any aperitivo suggestions for any of these days?

Monday Tuesday in Venice early September

That was my mistake (this is part of a long trip in many cities so got the hotels confused). We will be at the Westin Europa and Regina. (Hope that's nice) any suggestions for a great espresso in that area? I'm guessing florian isn't that far but also a lot more expensive than a normal bar

Thank you thank you thank you for all that advice! I really appreciate it!

I know that's a lot of seafood, but when in Venice.. Right? We will see how much sight seeing we can pack into Monday so Tuesday can be more or a "foodie" day!

PBSF, I'm excited that you replied as I've read many of your posts and know you are the resident expert! But, the only thing that posted was "open Monday"

Monday Tuesday in Venice early September

So, doing some research I've found out that the 3 top restaurants I wanted to go to are closed on Monday... So that throws a wrench into my plans. Looking for predominantly Venetian food (seafood mostly) they were Antiche Carampane, Alle Testeire, and Corte Sconte. We are staying at Westin Excelsior in San Marco but don't mind walking all over and maybe getting lost. Also don't mind a snack on Monday for lunch (suggestion something quick and cheap) followed by some cicchetti and a dinner (suggestions needed for something open!)
Tuesday I am thinking a lunch at Corte Sconto and Dinner at Antiche Carampane. Thoughts!?

Venice, Florence, Rome, Capri and Naples 2 weeks in Italy. Need help!

So, I'm a newbie to the board.. But need some help!

My fiancé and I will be traveling for two weeks in Italy early to mid September for our Honeymoon.

We are both foodies and love to explore and try new things and old favorites. She cannot eat pork and I will eat anything.

We are looking for spots to try delicious local cuisine.. Not too crazy expensive because we have a budget.

Our trip is as follows:

Venice 2 nights

Florence 3 nights

Rome 4 nights

Capri 3 nights

Naples 1 night.

As we are hitting a lot of places in a little time we want to make the best food choices for lunch dinner and snacks!! And also eat the local cuisine!

Thanks in advance for any help!
