Zushi Puzzle in SF, CA. I got Omakase from Chef Roger and he fed me the biggest and best variety and highest quality sushi one could ever eat.

Arrows Restaurant, Grill 23, Fugakyu, Hammersly's Bistro and Prezza. Not that I can afford to dine at any of theses on a regular basis!
