I want to eat at Neptune Oyster when I come to Boston

Thanks for the feedback. We're going to try on a Thursday at about 11:30 am. If we can't get in at that time, we will try around 2pm.

I COMPARED PIZZERIA REGINA (NORTH END) TO SANTARPIO'S TODAY

Was planning to check out Regina Pizzeria on our visit to Boston. I guess this place is more hype as a tourist attraction than its worth?

Yeah, I saw this place mentioned a few times already... I don't think we'll be able to get to this place though since we won't have a car.

Looking forward to it. Lobster rolls, clam chowder, oysters. I think the Legal Harborside is near the Aquarium? We'll be in that area so definitely will be dropping in.

Oh? I saw some iffy reviews about Ned Devine, but I also read their clam chowder won some awards?

Thank you all! Really can't wait to eat lobster rolls and seafood specialties.

Yes, clam chowder is also mission while in Boston, and heard Neptune is not the place for it. Will be visiting Boston Chowda Co. and Ned Devine for that.

I want to eat at Neptune Oyster when I come to Boston

We are visiting Boston August 14 - 18th, and my number one mission while on our visit is to eat a hot lobster roll at Neptune Oyster. I have read this place is always super busy and sometimes its difficult to even get a table.

I'd like to know what is the best time and best day between Wednesday to Sunday to visit where our chances of getting a seat are high.

And if we have no luck at Neptune Oyster, what would be a great alternative that's close by?

Thanks!

I tried the Dundas location and wasn't crazy for their food.

Looking For Singapore Chili Crab In San Francisco

Thanks for the review. This is the one I will try when I'm in San Fran. I was going to try out Strait, I think Penang Garden will be better.

Good Sushi in Japantown? [San Francisco]

Very informative. Thanks for sharing your experience at Akiko and Ino and Kiss. I have even studied up on the proper way of eating nigiri, so whenever I am out at a sushi restaurant, I try and follow the proper rules.

Thanks, I will try this place. Seems to have good reviews.

Good Sushi in Japantown? [San Francisco]

Can't wait to visit Japantown real soon! Which sushi restaurant in Japantown do you recommend - does not need to be trendy and touristy. Fresh and quality are more important.

I may try out Straits anyway because it will be close by our hotel.... and how bad can it be.... right?

What about Penang Garden? Has anyone tried this place?

Okay, I'm not a fan of PF Chang. I remember visiting a PF Chang in Dallas and the waitress was educating us on mixing all the sauces together... We were so embarrassed we could not even look at her....

We will have a car on the last day so I will keep Yum Bistro on my list. Thanks so much.

Thats really funny that you referenced this place because its just 5 minutes from me, but for some reason, I don't really want to try that place. LOL!

Looking For Singapore Chili Crab In San Francisco

Hi Everyone,

I will be visiting SF this summer, and I am on the lookout for good Singapore Chili Crab.

I have heard so many people raving about chili crab, and unfortunately, we do not have this dish in Toronto.

So please anybody in the SF area, can you please direct me to a good restaurant right in SF downtown area that has this dish?

Thanks in advance.
