I just cant decide where to go!

Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia are great cities for (white) truffles, close to each other and within easy reach from Rome. Was impressed by many restaurants there during my trip and the truffle servings. Cannot weigh in about Piemont as i will be traveling in the region for the first time this spring

One day in Cuneo - any restaurant suggestions?

Will be spending one day in Cuneo (Saturday) and as i found little info about the place i would kindly need some recommendations for a lunch and dinner here. Ideally, i would be interested in one fish-based meal - and that's why on my list of maybe is the spanish "Don Felipe". Other places i was wondering about to choose from are Amici Miei, Tratoria Leone Bianco and Osteria Senza Fretta. Any input would be appreciated!

restaurants open - 1st of May, Bologna

Hi Chowhounders! Will be in Bologna for a couple of days, catching also the 1st of May there. Reading that it's a city which keeps its left-winged traditions, i was wondering if i can find some restaurants open on this day or should i expect the city to be "closed". Would appreciate very much some recommendations for restaurants open on the 1st of may for lunch/dinner

Have a nice day
Diana
